Most of the people I love have depression and/or anxiety
i just- ken roczen should have lost his arm. the doctors said if the track medics hadn’t been there they would have had to amputate. he went through 11(12?) surgeries to reconstruct it, and finish digging the dirt out of his arm. this should have been a career ending crash, everyone thought it would be but this motherfucker was back on his damn bike, less than 6 months later. no one knows if he’ll be back to his dominating form but if he even lines up at the gate at anaheim, he would have already made one of the most incredible comebacks in motorsport.

Alright, so, I originally thought that this was a joke when I learned about it BUT:
JWs have trading cards now. It’s real. These cards are of different bible characters, with info about each character, scriptures, and study questions. Do JW leaders really think kids would be excited by these? At least put some stats on them. Like…closeness to Jehovah, holiness, protection by angels, etc. It’s also funny because I remember how they were against Pokemon, Yugioh, and many other games. I really hope that Love, Simon changes the way we do LGBT movies because I swear to God, every lesbian/wlw movie on netflix is a weird sex drama that involves one woman leaving her man for another woman in passionate sex affair and like???? not relatable???? give me girls who like girls in a dumb romantic comedy, not a melodramatic indie movie. I shouldn’t have to watch a soft porno in order to see two women falling in love.
gen z culture is not really having “cliques” in school like jock, prep, etc. It isn’t so black-and-white, since people are starting to not fall under one stereotype anymore. The preppy girl is also the smartest in the class. The best athlete in school is in the robotics club. The nerdy kid is one of the most popular in the whole school. We see beyond what a person is at face-value. We let people be themselves, not confined to just one aspect of themselves because we know that titles and cliques really don’t matter.
